Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

By purchasing or using EntryDeck, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use EntryDeck.

1. What EntryDeck Is

EntryDeck is a self-contained, offline-first digital productivity application and interactive workflow workspace designed to assist individuals navigating the full UK entry and migration journey - from initial visa applications and ETAs through to renewals, settlement routes, and family applications. It includes an applicant profile, financial risk engine, document vault, AI prompt library, fee calculator, refusal reference tool, and readiness checker.

EntryDeck is a software tool, not a legal, immigration, or advisory service. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice of any kind. No content within EntryDeck constitutes immigration advice regulated under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 or any other applicable law.

2. No Affiliation with UKVI or the Home Office

EntryDeck is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), the UK Home Office, the Border Force, or any other government body. Visa rules, fees, and requirements change. Always verify current information on the official GOV.UK immigration pages.

3. No Guarantee of Application Outcome

EntryDeck does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that using the application will result in a successful visa or immigration outcome. Decisions on visa applications, ETAs, settlement, and other immigration routes are made solely by UKVI caseworkers and Border Force officers applying UK Immigration Rules. EntryDeck helps you prepare a stronger case; it does not control the outcome.

4. License Grant

Upon successful purchase and receipt of a valid license key, EntryDeck grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to access and use the EntryDeck application for your own individual visa preparation purposes.

This license does not permit you to:

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, or share access to EntryDeck with others for commercial gain.
  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the source code, prompts, or content of EntryDeck.
  • Reverse-engineer or modify EntryDeck for redistribution.
  • Use EntryDeck to build competing products or services.

Personal household use (e.g. using one license to prepare applications for yourself and immediate family members across multiple applications or routes) is permitted. For agency, organisational, or multi-user use, contact us to discuss licensing options.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use EntryDeck only for lawful purposes. You must not use the application to produce fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive documentation for any immigration application or process. EntryDeck is a preparation and organisation tool; the accuracy and honesty of the information you submit to UKVI or any other authority remains your sole responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within EntryDeck, including but not limited to the prompt library, risk engine methodology, document categories, interface design, and copy, is the intellectual property of EntryDeck and is protected by applicable copyright law. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

7. Updates & Availability

Your license includes all future updates to EntryDeck at no additional cost. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. We will endeavour to maintain backward compatibility with exported JSON state files.

We do not guarantee 100% uptime of the landing page or license delivery infrastructure, though we aim to resolve any issues promptly.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

EntryDeck is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of information. The AI prompts, financial risk calculations, and document guidance are provided for informational and preparatory purposes only and may not reflect the most current UKVI policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EntryDeck's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the application shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license. EntryDeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including application refusals, immigration setbacks, lost travel costs, or consequential financial losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of EntryDeck after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
